Michael D. Cassara, Jr. is currently the sole shareholder of Main Gate Management, Inc. The company was formed in March of 1994 to manage the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Main Gate East for a passive hotel investor. In March 2001, Aneas Holdings became the owner and retained Main Gate Management, Inc. to continue managing the hotel. Aneas decided not to renew the Holiday Inn franchise. Main Gate Management, Inc. created Seralago Hotel and Suites Main Gate East which began operation on January 3, 2005.

On March 1, 2006, Seralago Investments, LLC purchased Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East and signed a management agreement with Main Gate Management, Inc. to continue managing the hotel.

Mike Cassara has been directly responsible for the management of the Seralago (formerly Holiday Inn Main Gate East) dating back to July 1999 and previously had numerous responsibilities with the management of the hotel dating back to September 1985.

Main Gate Management, Inc. currently employs approximately 150 full and part time employees located at the Seralago. The company's management team has over 100 years of combined hospitality experience.

During Main Gate's involvement with the hotel, it has continued to out perform the competition and the market.

Until recently, Main Gate Management's business plan was to only operate one non-owned hotel. Currently the company is in a growth mode and is exploring management and ownership opportunities in the hospitality industry.
